How long does a subscription last?

All plans are on a rolling monthly contract.

Each website subscription runs for a minimum of 24 months.
That gives us time to design, build, launch, and grow your site properly.

Hopefully, we’ll be working together well beyond that — but if your plans change, you can cancel or switch to our Security & Hosting Only package after the initial term.

Your website stays live and protected, but monthly support and updates are paused.

What’s included in the Standard Package?

Our Launch Package gives you everything you need to get your business online and looking sharp — including a 5–7 page custom website, hosting, SSL, monthly updates, and standard analytics.

What’s in the Premium Package?

The next level up includes everything from the Launch Package, plus more pages, marketing landing pages, e-commerce setup (up to 15 products), blog integration, advanced forms, and ongoing SEO support. It’s designed for businesses that want to grow fast and take their online presence to the next level.

Can you build something completely bespoke?

Absolutely. Look — not to brag, but we can pretty much do anything.
If you want an all-singing, all-dancing website that’s 100% unique, we’ll build it from the ground up.
These projects don’t fit into our subscription packs, so get in touch, and we’ll book a call to talk through your ideas.

What if I already have a website?

No problem. We can refresh your existing site, move it onto our hosting, or rebuild it entirely under one of our packages.
We’ll make sure the transition is smooth, secure, and SEO-friendly.

What happens if I need changes after launch?

Each package includes monthly update time — so whether it’s swapping images, tweaking copy, or adding new content, you’re covered.
Need bigger changes? We’ll quote it fairly and get it sorted quickly. Always no hidden costs!

What if I cancel?

If you cancel after the 24-month minimum term, you can switch to a Security & Hosting Only plan.
That keeps your website live and protected, but monthly support and updates will stop.
Or you can migrate to another hosting service and we’ll wave goodbye, remembering what once was a beautiful friendship.

What payment options do you offer?

Subscriptions are paid monthly, making it easy to budget.
There are no surprise fees — just clear, consistent pricing.
VAT is included within all of our quoted pricing.
